01 — Who we serve

We bring the Russian catalogue to international partners

Three groups, one infrastructure. You get access to Russian rights, artists and live events; we handle the Russian legal, tax and operational side.

International rights holders and labels

You own or represent repertoire and want Russian works in your licensing or distribution business — with the rights position on the Russian side already clear.

  • Access to cleared Russian rights and masters
  • Licensing for DSPs, TV, film and advertising
  • One contract and one reporting line

Distributors and DSPs

You need Russian repertoire and reliable delivery: rights data, metadata and a payout trail that survives an audit.

  • Catalogue ingestion with rights data
  • Metadata, territories and channel control
  • Reporting and payout trail

Russian artists and catalogue owners

The supply side: artists and rights holders we represent for international markets. Their repertoire arrives prepared for release, licensing and live events.

  • Rights, splits and metadata in order
  • Prepared for international release
  • Live events and showcases as market entry
02 — Services

Five modules, one infrastructure

Take the whole chain or the part you need: licensing, delivery, production, events or a specific territory. The modules work together but do not require each other.

03

Technology and data

A rights and royalty ledger, content identification, revenue analytics and forecasting — so a partner can see what the repertoire actually earns.

04

Production and concerts

A&R, recording, mixing and mastering; organisation of tours, concerts, festivals and showcases for Russian artists.

05

Legal, tax and consulting

Russian legal and accounting support for rights holders and partners: contracts, tax agency, reporting and the compliance perimeter around the catalogue.

03 — Live events

The stage as a route into the market

A licence is not the only way to bring Russian repertoire to an audience. We build live events — tours, festivals and showcases — that turn a catalogue into a public presence and a new sales channel: recognition, syncs, repeat listening.

Track 1

Showcases and festivals

Russian artists presented at events and cultural programmes, with production, promotion and local logistics handled on the ground.

Track 2

Tours and promotion

Routing, venues, ticketing operators and local promotion for Russian artists — the event built into the release cycle.

Track 3

Production and delivery

Technical rider, contractors, production and post-event reporting: an event managed as a project, not as a favour.

01

Brief

Why the event: tour, festival, city programme, showcase.

02

Rights and repertoire

We verify the rights to perform and to record.

03

Budget and procurement

Budget, contractors, contracts and risk ownership.

04

Production and promo

Rider, contractors, poster, ticketing operator.

05

Delivery and report

The event, a post-event report, revenue allocation.

Live events as an export asset. Music still falls outside the export catalogues built for film, animation and games. We treat the catalogue and live events as one package for entering international markets.
04 — How we work

Four steps to the first report

No “send us the catalogue and wait”. Each step has an owner, a document and a date — and you see the rights position before anything moves.

Introduction and scope

A 30-minute call: what repertoire you need, which territories and channels, what timeline. No obligations.

Rights and catalogue audit

We check chain of title, splits, samples, encumbrances and metadata — and show you the gaps before signing.

Agreement and onboarding

Territories, licensing channels, split, reporting schedule and tax agency are fixed in writing. Delivery starts.

Delivery, reporting, events

The catalogue is delivered, royalties are collected and reported on schedule. Next: live events and showcases.

Manifesto

Money is a continuation of rights

Rights come first, money follows: royalties are a consequence of rights, not a separate deal. That is why the rights holder keeps control — and why a partner can see every line that produces a payment.

01

Rights

Masters, splits and territories recorded in the trust management agreement.

02

Royalties

Accruals across platforms and licensing channels — line by line.

03

Payout

To the rights holder’s account, in roubles, on the reporting schedule.

05 — Transparency

Every figure has a source

For a partner outside Russia the market can look opaque. Reporting is part of our product, not an appendix to it: every amount can be traced to the platform, the channel or the event it came from.

  • 80% of gross income to the rights holder

Under the base structure the rights holder keeps 80% of gross income. The manager’s and platform’s share is fixed in the agreement and disclosed as a separate line in the report.

  • Rights stay with the rights holder

Under a trust management agreement the Russian manager acts in its own name, marked “D.U.”, in the owner’s interest. Ownership of the assets remains with you.

  • Segregated accounting and a trust account

A separate (nominal) trust account and separate records for each rights holder — client funds are not mixed with operating funds.

  • Tax agent in Russia

We withhold and remit personal income tax on rights holders’ income and file the reporting. Settlements are in Russian roubles.

  • Reporting on schedule

Quarterly reports by the 15th of the month following the quarter; the annual report by 31 March. Every amount can be traced to its source.

06 — FAQ

What international partners ask before signing

If your question is not here, send it through the form below — we answer the same business day.

Who owns the rights to the recordings?

The rights stay with the rights holder. We sign a trust management agreement and manage the assets in our own name, marked “D.U.”, in the owner’s interest. Exclusive rights are not transferred under this agreement.

How is the 80/20 split structured?

In the base structure the rights holder keeps 80% of gross income; the remaining 20% covers the platform and the manager. The exact split for a given catalogue is fixed in the agreement and disclosed as a separate line in every report.

Which territories and platforms do you cover?

Delivery covers Yandex Music, VK Music, Zvuk, Boom, MTS Music, Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube Music, plus licensing for TV, film and advertising. Territorial scope — Russia only or a wider footprint — is agreed in the contract.

How are payments made to a foreign partner?

Settlements under the trust agreement are made in Russian roubles under Russian law, with currency conversion terms fixed in the contract. Each payment is tied to a reporting line, so a partner can reconcile it against platform statements.

Do you work with existing distributors?

We audit the existing agreements and propose a structure without overlapping terms or territories. A partial transition is possible: a separate catalogue, separate territories or separate licensing channels.

Can we license only one territory or part of the catalogue?

Yes. The modules and territories are independent: a partner can take a single catalogue, a single licensing channel or a single territory without moving the rest.

What is the first step and how long does it take?

The first step is a rights and catalogue audit: chain of title, splits, samples and metadata. Its length depends on the size and state of the catalogue, and is agreed after the introduction call — we do not promise a date before we have seen the files.
